WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
You can find our refund policy here. We have a refund policy that covers the first 30 days of your purchase.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We sue Best Express for shipping your orders. Generally, shipping takes 1-2 days for the northern part of Thailand (Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Phayao, Lampang, Nan etc) and Bangkok. If you’re located in the North East (Issan), East and South of Thailand (Phuket, Krabi, Songkla, etc) your order will take longer (3-4 days).
With orders made, we ship the same day (before midday) or the following day (excluding Sundays). Our shipping time is 3pm and all orders leave Phayao but 3.30pm. You will receive a tracking number, link and instructions for you to follow once your order has been shipped.
DO YOU OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)?
Yes do offer cash on delivery with our orders. Cash on deliver is where you pay for your order with cash at the address you provided to us. The fee for cash on deliver is 3% of the total order. Here is an example:
You order 1 bottle of 350ml Thai native bee raw honey and comb to an address on Bangkok and request cash on delivery.
175 (Product) + 40 (Shipping) = 215 baht + COD fee (3%, 7 baht) = Final total 222 baht.
For a COD order to be accepted we require your full address and a contact number to lodge your order.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
We issue a tracking number, link and instructions with every order made through our website, social media or email.
WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU CURRENTLY ACCEPT?
We currently accept payments through Paypal. Paypal can process your order with a creditcard. We also have Bank direct transfer within Thailand. If you wish to pay via this method, Please add your desired items to the cart, proceed with the order, select bank transfer and click on place order. You will be given our bank transfer details.
Once you complete the payment, please advise us through email or social media. Our email is email@example.com
The third option is cash on delivery, there is a 3% fee attached to the order as charged by the courier agent.
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL NEVER ARRIVED?
If you have not recieved your email after ordering, please check your spam mail folder. Alternatively, you can contact us via email and we can resend the order confirmation. Contact us:
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
As shipping estimate is given at the cart before checkout. Your order will be shipped based on weight only. Individual weights of each product is found on the product page.
MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?
Sorry to hear this happen. If your product is damaged on arrival we will happily replace or issue a refund or store credit. Our returns policy can be found here.
