Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time
Generally we ship the same day (Monday to Saturday) if the order is made before midday. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Local Express Couriers
We only use Kerry Express or Nims Express.  Express courier shipments leave Phayao at 5pm each day. Generally orders to Bangkok by Kerry Express will arrive the next day.

Packaging of Your Order
We individually wrap each jam with bubble wrap to protect it while in transit where possible. We use standard size boxes where possible and are sealed to prevent damage to your order (see pictures below).

Shipment Address
It is your responsibility to ensure that the address given is correct. This will be used when packaging and registering your parcel with our shipping agent.

Shipping Rates (Within Thailand)
There are standard flat rates set by our shipping agents. These apply to locations in Bangkok and outside of Bangkok (up country). These rates are determined by weight of the parcel. Each of our products has a weight (in grams).

Shipping Rates (Remote Locations)
There are also locations determined as ‘remote locations’ and will be charged additional fees. These fees will be determined at the checkout prior to payment. The following postcodes are determined to be remote locations: 23170, 50240, 50260, 50270,50310, 58130, 51160, 52160, 56160, 57170, 57260, 57340, 58000, 58110, 58130, 81150, 95130 and 96110.

International Shipping
We are happy to take international orders though we currently do not have access to a freight forwarder or international courier near us. If you wish to ship overseas and have a freight forwarder feel free to contact us to make shipping arrangements.

K&M Blossom Co.,Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Some countries may require reporting of food products before arriving. This will be the responsibility of the purchaser (or freight forwarder you choose to use) and no liability will be accepted for loss of product or delays if you fail to follow any countries reporting requirements.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking Number
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
